My mom made pizza pockets for me, I for my kids and my daughters are now trying. Mom used her traditional bread recipe and tho wonderful of course, I truly appreciate yours. The only thing I do different is I dice small all ingredients peppers, onions, pepperoni, mushrooms etc , mix it all together with the cheeses and pizza sauce for the filling and fill the pockets, seal and bake.
