Love your website! But I think one you should know about is TurboFire. I just started doing it about a month ago and LOVE it. The older ones are done with more focus and take a bit longer but encourage better form.

Even men would find this dvd series really hard unless they are super super fit. This series is definitely not for the faint hearted. I sweat a bucket load when doing them. Insanity is by far the most difficult series i have ever encountered. P90X is good too but i think Insanity is almost too difficult and really hard on the knees!
